Step-by-step guides
Trigger a one-tap SOS
Feel in danger? In one tap, trigger an SOS. Your referent, your groups and the nearby community are instantly informed and can come to help you.
Trigger a witness alert
Witnessing a dangerous situation (accident, person in distress, natural disaster, assault, etc.), trigger an alert to warn your referent, your groups, the community and help emergency services respond.
Add an emergency contact
Set up a trusted person: your Referent. They will receive every alert you trigger by email and push notification for an immediate response.
Find a safe place
In danger? Find every nearby safe place in one tap, with the fastest route to get there safely.
Join the Fasters community
Become part of a caring community: the Fasters. Anyone can warn of danger or help another nearby user.
Enable Shock SOS
In case of a fall (sport, illness, assault, etc.), Shock SOS triggers automatically. Your referent, your groups and the nearby community are warned with your GPS coordinates.
Set up the safety Timer
Turn on the Timer for the duration of your trip or activity. If time runs out without a reply to the check-in notification, an SOS is sent automatically.
Understand real-time location
Your location is only shared in case of a Shock SOS or Timer timeout, so rescuers or loved ones can find you quickly.
